The body is crafted from genuine leather, while the armor-inspired design is meticulously created by individually stitching anodized metal sheets using custom-made braided cords. This intricate stitching method is known as 'Odoshi.' The result is a precise, exquisitely aligned weave that enhances the lustrous appearance of the metal plates, contributing to the splendid armor aesthetic.

Crafted in Kyoto by accomplished artisans, the SAMURAI BAG

The braided cord and the cowhide bag is the result of a collaborative effort with Kyoto-based manufacturers, Shoen Kumihimo and Kyo Kabanshi. A significant portion of the process involves intricate manual work, including hole drilling in the leather for attaching the metal plate, weaving the braided cord, and sewing the leather.

The MITSUHIDE series features a single-sided metal plate surface. Skilled hand-stitching is applied to the handles and body sides. The interior is thoughtfully designed with a partition for storing a PC or other essentials, along with a zippered pocket.
