*After your order is placed, you will immediately receive an automated "Order Confirmation" email.

Most items sold in the Hiyoshiya Online Shop are made-to-order. As production begins after your order is placed, please allow sufficient time for delivery. Estimated delivery times are listed on each product page.
5. Stock Availability
Please note that inventory is shared with our retail store. As a result, items shown as in stock on the website may occasionally be unavailable. If this occurs, we will contact you directly.
6. Returns & Exchanges
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within one week of delivery. We will promptly replace the item, provided it is unused. Many of our products are made using natural materials. Due to the nature of these materials, individual variations may occur. We appreciate your understanding.

FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions)
Can you provide gift wrapping?
Yes, we are pleased to offer gift wrapping. Please indicate in the order notes at checkout should you require it. Please note that available wrapping styles and fees vary depending on the item and will be discussed separately. In some cases, gift wrapping may not be possible depending on the product. Thank you for your understanding.
Can you provide traditional Japanese gift wrapping (noshi)?
Yes, we also accept requests for traditional noshi gift wrapping. Please specify the propose (e.g. celebration, thank-you-gift), the inscription, and the recipient’s name in the order notes when placing your order.
Can you issue a receipt?
Yes, we can issue a receipt upon request. Please contact us by email after placing your order to let uns know. We can also provide the receipt in PDF format.
