The BB Series — combining the "B" of lake BIWA and BAMBOO
The "BB" in the BB Series stands for the initials of Lake Biwa and bamboo, reflecting Takematsu Shoten’s base in the lake Biwa region where bamboo is deeply rooted in the local landscape.
Inspired by the shape of the traditional Japanese tsuzumi (hand drum), each piece is a refined creation, in which every detail, from the dye colors to the seat and metal fittings, has been carefully selected.
The repeating rhythm of woven bamboo further enhances this concept, creating a modern, refined feel.
