About delays in goods delivery due to the situation in Ukraine

We thank you for your shopping on the Hiyoshiya Online Shop.

Due to the Covid-19 pandemic and the situation in Ukraine, the worldwide shipping network is still unstable.
Depending on the destination country, the delivery may take longer time or may not be possible.

About shipping cost
  • Shipping fee differs by the weight of the product and is automatically calculated at the point of checkout.
  • If you order items from more than 2 ateliers, each atelier will ship their product(s)
  • Customers outside of Japan may be required to pay import duties/local sales taxes; these are not included in the price of the goods you purchase and we cannot be responsible for the payment of these fees.
  • Lighting made by Hiyoshiya takes about 2weeks before delivery.
  • Wagasa (umbrella) made by Hiyoshiya takes about 2weeks before delivery.
  • For items made in other studios than Hiyoshiya, time of delivery varies. Please check the details of each item.
