Defective product
In the unlikely situation that the item is damaged, defective, or misdelivered, please contact us within one week from the date of arrival of the item. We will replace it as soon as possible. However, this is limited to un-used items.

- We do not accept cancellation requests. Please be sure that only the items you wish to purchase are in your cart before completing the checkout procedure.

- Lighting made by Hiyoshiya takes about 2weeks before delivery.
- Wagasa (umbrella) made by Hiyoshiya takes about 2weeks before delivery.
