Notice for Golden Week
Thank you for visiting Hiyoshiya Online Shop.
Our team will be off during the Japanese Golden Week holidays from May 3rd to May 6th 2025 and we will be back on May 7th.
The online shop stays open for orders and inquiries every day, but replies to orders received during the holiday period will be processed from Tuesday 7th of May.
Delivery information
Depending on the number of orders received, delivery may take longer than usual.
We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and ask for your understanding.

- About shipping cost
- Shipping fee differs by the weight of the product and is automatically calculated at the point of checkout.
- If you order items from more than 2 ateliers, each atelier will ship their product(s)
- Customers outside of Japan may be required to pay import duties/local sales taxes; these are not included in the price of the goods you purchase and we cannot be responsible for the payment of these fees.
- Lighting made by Hiyoshiya takes about 2weeks before delivery.
- Wagasa (umbrella) made by Hiyoshiya takes about 2weeks before delivery.
- For items made in other studios than Hiyoshiya, time of delivery varies. Please check the details of each item.

- Please note that since the inventory is shared with the actual store, the inventory may shift depending on the timing. If any item is out of stock, we will contact you.
